Wednesday was a LONG day... i was so tired i didn't feel like doing ANYTHING. i didn't want to go out and get the groceries even though i ended up doing it heh.
Yesterday's intake
Breakfast- skipped
Lunch- 1 can of clam chouder with a half a cup of ginger ale
Dinner- Chicken stirfry with veggies and brocoli, side of rice and corn on the cob (1 ear)
Snacks- Cheese and crackers, half of a mini chicken wrap from wendeys
Purged- 1 slice of chocolate cake
Exersise:
50 side stomach crunches on ball
40 leg lifts (rear- 40 each leg)
40 leg lifts (side-40 each leg)
50 Jackknife situps
50 situps with ball
my legs and tummy were BURNING when i was done but i am glad that i got that done.... We'll see how tomorrow goes.
