So as of Feb 7th i decided i am going to start DAILY workouts.. not the once in a while thing i was doing before....
So i am going to use this to log my day to day workouts and meals. so this was yesterday (Feb 7th)
Breakfast:- 2 fried eggs w/ 2 pieces of pork bacon and 4 pieces of rye- toasted
Lunch:-Nil ( I was too bust cleaning to eat )
Dinner:-Pasta with tomato sauce (no meat) topped w/ parm cheese 1/2 pepsi
Snacks:-Cheddar cheese & crackers
Purged:- A slice of chocolate cake

Workout:
40 leg lifts (rear)
20 leg lifts (side)
50 sit ups with ball
10 push ups
20 jackknife crunches
I feel good.... !
